The Dispensing Technology programme is designed to meet the demands of industry and hospital by enabling the graduates to carry out basic quality control procedures in the hospitals and industries. Graduates will be endowed with the necessary skills needed to assist in the manufacturing of drugs and pharmaceutical products, bringing real-time medication dispensing and pharmacy counseling directly to the point-of-care.
Core subjects and minimum grades: Credits (WASSCE A1-C6|SSSCE A-D) in three (3) subjects, English, Mathematics and Integrated Science. Elective subjects and minimum grades: Credits (WASSCE A1-C6|SSSCE A-D) in three (3) science elective subjects (Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry) WASSCE: An aggregate score of Thirty Six (36) or better. SSSCE: An aggregate score of Twenty Four (24) or better.
Applicants with Diploma in Dipensing Technology from any recognized Institution can apply and would start from Level 200.
